  • Is America's Packard Museum open to the public?

  • Where do I park?

    Free, on-street parking. Paid municipal parking lot within two blocks of the Museum

  • Are children welcome?

    America’s Packard Museum is family friendly. Children of all ages are welcome, but we ask that anyone under 18 is accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Is the Museum wheelchair accessible?

    The Museum is ADA-compliant. It has one wheelchair available for guest use on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may use their personal electric wheelchair or scooter when visiting. Two restrooms available each for men and women.

  • Can I have a party at the Museum?

    Yes. The rental space is flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of occasions for up to 200 guests. Please see our webpage for private events for more information.

  • What cars are on display?

    Over 50 cars are available for viewing. There are no barriers so you can get as close as you like. Please refrain from touching the vehicles.

  • Are photographs permitted?

    Photography is permitted without a flash, for private, noncommercial use only. Resulting photographs must not be published, sold or otherwise used commercially. Videography is not permitted inside or around the premises.

  • Can I bring a stroller?

    Yes!

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Only service dogs.

  • What about group tours for families or car clubs?

    We are happy to have you! See our page for car clubs and group tours.

  • Is there a Museum store?

    Yes, the Museum has a shop onsite and online.

  • Can I buy tickets online?

    No. Purchase your tickets at the Museum.

  • Can I rent the Museum for a wedding?

    Yes. Please see our page on private events.

  • Is the Library open to the public?

    Yes. However, only staff, volunteers, and members can borrow books. We suggest becoming a member!

  • Can I volunteer?

    Yes, and volunteers play a vital role in the success of our mission. There are many ways to help. Find out more about what volunteers do.
